Abstract

At the start of coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic one of the measures for preventing the spread of this infection were online classes in schools and universities. Online class is a system where teacher and all other necessary elements for education are available on internet. Students have been spending a lot more time by using computers which can cause a series of consequences for their health. The advantages of online classes are: flexibility, availability of E-classroom and audio and video records 24 hours a day to all students, better adaption to individual needs are participation of bigger number of users at the same time. Negative effects are: lack of direct communication (face to face), overload of teachers, decrease of motivation and quality of knowledge. The aim of this paper is to show the problems of online classes which can lead to health damages and how to overcome them regarding the working experience with students from University in Sarajevo and professional advices.
